Comment:  Cal Phi is currently the only frat at SCU that's on the rise. Everyone else is either stagnant or falling. Their parties this year have been a step up from last year and the guys are pretty chill and (for the most part) not super douchey. Some people like to give them crap because they're technically not a real frat, but that's honestly a part of what makes them work so well. Without nationals, they can run their organization the way they want to without anyone breathing down their necks or trying to push an agenda. Most of the bad things you hear about them are rumors.
