Comment:  I have had so many personal issues with individual Pi Phis that now I think it’s just a chapter-wide problem. They have harsh and weird rules for their members and don’t really have a clear idea of who they are. I have met a few really nice ones but they seem to have as many grievances with their chapter as I do.
