Comment:  I’m gonna give an honest ranking because this site is full of dudes trying to push a house one way or another. Pi Kapp historically was a top house on this campus for years until it got kicked off in 2013. They recolonized 3 years ago and took anyone with a heart beat for their first year without their house. Last year they moved into their house now and took a large but decent fall pc that brought them up from being the worst on campus, however they struggled all year to do anything as they were not well known or popular and took a pretty bad spring pc. This year they seemed to have turned things around by taking one of the best fall and spring pc’s on campus and consistently throwing large parties often with a headliner dj. They are know as a very bottom heavy house as in they have only sophomores and freshman because no one cared about their juniors or seniors when they joined, they are also not as good looking or fun. The house will continue to rise quickly if they continue this pace as they are quickly grabbing attention from campus, some bad some good, and their older kids will graduate.
