Comment:  As an observant bystander who has served CSU's Greek Life(as a whole) and participated in myself, I am going write as unbiased a review as I can. Pi Kappa Phi has been "top house" at CSU for roughly the last 7 years. However, dynamics in the hierarchy are changing as they always do and always will. No house can stay top house at a school forever. With that said, they still share the top tier with a few others but are on the decline. IMO there hasn't been a clear "top house" for the past year or two. Fraternities that are going through stages like this need to think back to how they once got there and how they can change the momentum of where they are going.
