Comment:  The Theta Phi's might not be the most popular but they're coming up. They're sisterhood definitely looks to be the strongest. This years pledge class is awesome and i'm sure fall 12 will be awesome as well. No need to rate them low because your threatened by them. These girls are sweethearts and are doing quite well.
