Comment:  Yes Sigma Pi is new, a lot can happen in terms of their ranking, but they are checking the right boxes, likely getting Summit for the next school year is a good start, if they play their cards right and try to be more selective in terms of spring class, and depending of who they get in the fall, they could finish Upper Middle tear of next spring, and could be bottom top tier of 2020-2021, likely will have a lot of houses that year, yes there were some rejects in this group, but it’s only a few, most guys decided not to rush or only got the grades during J term, just as well as things can go, if they play their cards wrong and become desperate like AEPI or the few in Old Sig Pi, just a waste of potential
