Comment:  Honest opinion: wealthy scoobs. Most of these kids have money, they have good alumni, and their marble-floored house is pretty good. That being said, this fraternity is growing and sucks atm because they just got back on campus, and need some more attractive guys. I would expect them to rise a tier within a two or three years.
