Comment:  Unbias, and not attacking them for being “top” but these girls ain’t it. This PC is very friendly girls from what I’ve interacted with but lack personality. Like genuinely, you cannot keep a conversation going with a single one. And I’ve met around 20. The older girls are more socially inclined but are as trashy as trashy gets. As a freshman I’ve witnessed an aphi doing black face, breaking into a frat, peeing in public and more. Because they are all rich girls from Portland or LA they lack manners. They only show up to Philo events when it’s other frats or their own. It’s the APhi you would expect nation wide.
