Comment:  I think a reason they're considered so low is because they're not a huge name nationally also frats only care about the fake girls who put out in another “top house”...you know who i’m talking about... Great group full of mostly hot girls who love to go out and party and they all have genuine friendships. No fakeness in this house which is rare to find. Wish I went phi but had to leave this college.
