Comment:  Bottom house just because someone has to be, and AOII has the worst retention rates, no house or chance of getting one soon, almost no participation in other chapter’s philanthropy competitions (e.g. Derby Days airbands) and their own philanthropy doesn’t draw as much hype and attendance from other frats. However this doesn’t mean AOII is a bad house, they are very social, have had a few high profile sweethearts, and have recruited better pledge classes in the past few years. Typically these girls would rather have a good time than fight tooth and nail to be number 1, which isn’t a bad thing
