Comment:  Depending on how you define top house Theta could deserve their #1 spot. The fact that Theta gives off such intense business like vibes during recruitment (and the rest of the year) makes them low on the lists of most chill PNMs therefore they get less party girls and tend to have a less popular reputation with frats. However this also means they always do well in competitions and tend to attract the girls who are more into long term dating than casual hookups.
