Comment:  phi psi is my favorite frat to go to. the guys are the most genuine and fun out of all of the frats here. you can literally walk in on a night they are not having a party or anything at all and they will all get out of bed and rally with you. i dont really know why other ratings call them "creeper dudes" because they all just bounce around and let you do whatever you want pretty much. Ive never felt uncomfortable there, these guys are the absolute best
