Comment:  This group of men are on the rise. I would consider them middle to top tier but shifting more to top tier. I don’t feel like this group gets enough credit and I think the main problem they have is their house is in the retreat, so sometimes parties get shut down, but sometimes they do not. They have extremely attractive brothers in this chapter but at the same time not so attractive guys. But if we are being honest that’s in every frat. The guys here are the guys you could be best friends with, be in a Pan fam with, boyfriend ,or be fwb. If I am being completely honest I think this is the best group of guys on campus. No one has anything negative to say about them and they seem to have an amazing brotherhood. Also sorority girls cannot get enough of them it seems. Definitely recommend if you want a real botherhood
