Comment:  Alright, so on this site everyone attacks each other for self-ranking? Okay, I understand that, but when someone joins a chapter, shouldn't they think that their chapter's the best on campus? I have plenty of pride in my chapter and I don't go around saying "we're top tier I swear" i go around saying "i love where I am and I am happy" So yeah, if i was to rank my chapter I would rate it as high as possible. Because I LOVE IT and everyone in it! And why wouldn't I want everyone to know that?
