Comment:  Phi Mu is a new house and has been consistently bottom tier. The girls are nice. Rush was awkward because it didn't really even seem like the girls here liked their house, and they don't cut. They self-rank a lot, which is obvious, but no one really calls them out for it because it's kind of mean to ruthlessly pick on a new house.
