Comment:  I find the older members seem to have heavy influence upon newer members, not allowing them to form their own decisions. It's fall in line or be ostracized until disfiliation. That being said if you are a like minded drone then you will enjoy all of the philanthropy they do. They went from the largest Greek org to one of the smallest in a years time. Clearly their sisterhood is lacking.
