Comment:  These guys are some of my closest friends and they're some of the nicest people I've met at utd. You will always see them together on campus and they are really involved. They throw some really popular parties and Chi phi goes to heaven was a blast!! The whole campus was there, if you were not you probably missed the party of the year.
