Comment:  Marginally less snobby than their main rival KD and talk a good game about being more open to OOS/OOR, but when those girls just end up as fillers and the in-state girls freeze them out, what's the point, really? That said, they have an undeserved rep with the Kutta Kutta Gramma thing. EVERY house has girls who roll with that, even the so-called good-girl houses, but only Kappa gets a hard time for it.
