Comment:  I'm giving them a top tier ranking but they are at the bottom of the top. They have had a lot of problems but have heard they are trying to fix them. A lot of rumors about them have been going around this year. I like the Pi Phi's my age but I do hear them talk and it sounds like a lot of them don't like it.
