Comment:  Phi Delt is Beta without the social life or any of the hot guys. They have good grades and are the only fraternity that cares about SGA, which I guess is cool. Parties are lights-on hangouts with some of the worst music I've ever experienced at a frat party. Nice enough guys that you hangout with on Mondays and Tuesdays in the library.
