Comment:  They are either girls you love or girls you hate. Over recent years they have grown and really attempted to stray from the "old aphi" image that many of us know. Many of them are smart, involved, strong, and caring women who are bound to be the future scientists, lawyers, doctors, and businesswomen. You would never really know how smart they are until you get to know them. So many are math, science, comp sci, cbs, engineers,english,poli sci, and soc majors which I personally found surprising. They are involved in alot of things on campus from sports to dance to academic clubs. Alot of them are in relationships so they dont go out as much but when they do its always a good time. Most of these women are strong and not afraid to hold their ground and vocalize their opinions which can be the origin of the mean girl stigma. However, I've found it refreshing that they're honest. No one is going to pretend they like you if they don't but if they do they love you dearly.
