Comment:  Pike is losing their chapter house on Oxford road next year, which means they will not have anywhere to throw parties. They also have had 2 consecutive years of bad pledges classes, where they lost their top rushes to other houses. Pike is dropping fast and it will only get worse next year when they are homeless.
