Comment:  all 1's and all 5's ratings. 1's are obviously another fraternity with low self-esteem problems & 5's are obviously theta chi's with nothing better to do. That being said, these are a pretty solid group of guys, I've got a couple buddies I hang out with up here. The confusion with the way they bid, to my understanding, seems to lie in the difference between their old guys & new guys. The way it was explained to me was that their older guys came from the old house where standards in rush were rock bottom low. New guys since moving into their new house seem to be a definite step in the right direction to fix that issue. These new guys need to get more involved on campus and throw better parties if they want to establish themselves as a top fraternity. Not there yet in my opinion.
