Comment:  They are officially taking over Delts house (RIP) fall ‘19 and will be an on row fraternity! Super excited to see how this will affect them and I’m sure it’ll definitely help their pledge class #’s! They’ve been a strong fraternity off row for a while but struggled because of the tiny awkwardly laid out house now and the location. I heard TKE was gonna take over their old house but I definitely think Pike deserves it more because they have the #’s and do a lot more vs TKE you old see them tabling for recruitment and has 0 existence socially
