Comment:  As a former member of AOII, all I have to say is it sucks. THEY. CHARGE. YOU. FOR. EVERYTHING!! Everything from missing chapter, to a philanthropy event, to a workshop comes with a fine! The only reason attendance is high at events is because we are FORCED to be there. And it is SO cliquey. If you are not a select handful of girls or have a connection to someone on the leadership board, no one will pay attention to you. Do you know how hurtful it feels to be at Chapter with all your "sisters" and feel so alone & ignored? I do. And I'm not alone in that feeling. It all starts with leadership and their slating process is toxic and their leadership isn't strong. It's not even a sisterhood its about making nationals happy. This is just my 2 cents. I may have once been a "sister" but i can sure say I never felt accepted in AOII.
