Comment:  Based only on food, phi sig is really really nice. They could do better in recruiting more motivated girls that actually want to make a name for them though, they don't really do anything as a group. Individual girls I've seen are very active on campus, but their exec board seems too nervous to put on a big event by themselves or with another GLO. They're harder to get into than KD I think, but they could be more exclusive when it comes to values.
