Comment:  Theta no one cares that your chapter is the newest on campus, they care that you use it as an excuse for being annoying and having low retention. Saying you’ll be mid-tier once another chapter colonizes shows you have no desire to actually improve yourselves and is pathetic since there’s very little likelihood another sorority will colonize for years with how recruitment numbers keep dropping. Maybe learn to actually work on your chapter instead of just making excuses.
