Comment:  Theta Chi is a pretty new fraternity at UB, so far they have been on the come up. The brothers are pretty nice, they usually include you even if they barely know you. Their parties are pretty good and can last for a while. They have the highest GPA out of all the other fraternities which is pretty good. Overall they have high potential to become the best fraternity at UB.
