Comment:  Ignore the previous reviews. They are all self ranked by a pc 18 pi phi and it is beyond obvious. PC 16 pi phi is okay however their pc 17 and pc 18’s are very mucb bottom. Pi phi has never been considered anything better than lower middle and if anything they got worse. They bank off one homecoming with an alright house next year and try to make it seem like they’ve climbed up the ladder. They’re very far down.
