Comment:  I'm friend with a lot of theta chis and have been to a lot of their parties and functions. Are they a top tier frat? No. Are their parties and functions and tailgates super wild and fun? No. Are there some weirdos? Yes. BUT these guys truly are good people and there are a group that are so cool. They'll get better with time, but know if you're ever at a theta chi party you're safe.
