Comment:  They hide 1/2 of their girls, meaning they don’t allow the girls who they don’t think are pretty enough or come off as smart enough to even come to rounds and recruit so the image the put off in rounds... 100% fake. Could you imagine joining an org that tells you you’re not good enough to be in their rounds to recruit... that just shows you what they value. In a society where women are already discriminated against it’s sad they just propitiate this :( my roommate last year was so heart broken when she read the rounds scedule and literally wasn’t allowed to come to one round
