Phi Delta Theta was once a fraternity that was worth a damn. Currently their members are composed of guys who are permanent goobers who would never receive a bid elsewhere. Phi delt is like the boy who forgot his lunch...willing to take other people’s discard food. Look to their president to see the goober material they love
