Comment:  Theta Chi is by far my friends and my favorite frat to party with. These are hella sweet, down to earth, respectful guys who throw sick low key parties. They care about each other and the girls/ sororities they mix with and have walked us back to our dorms multiple times. Definitely on their way up reputation wise, and am expecting big things from them in the coming years.
