Comment:  Agreed with below. Grades slipped, reputation slipped, recruitment slipped. A solid middle tier house but def not a top house anymore. Have a lot of issues in the house. My friends who are Pi Phis have had a hard time finding their friends and don’t feel connected. They’re known for girls pledging and leaving or dropping bc the sisterhood is so bad.
