Comment:  Oh where do I even start with FIJI! Loved these guys, diverse fraternity, accepting of all kinds of members. Sadly, it seems to have changed. They need to recruit eclectic, diverse members guys that is what makes FIJI (don't get a lot of sporty guys leave Betas to what they are good at). They definitely had a president curse until the recent years (presidents being broke, arrested, mental health issues). A lot of it explains the 4 year probation they had couple of years ago...not fun. They have also had numerous issues in handling problems internally, a strong chapter council would help. Oh also, don't think you're too cool for school or no one will show up at your parties.
