Comment:  Pi phi is definitely on the decline. They only want girls that are blonde and legacies. The only people that like pi phi's are themselves. Kappa and chi o definitely got way better girls in rush this year and are top houses. Honestly after the whole N word thing, I'd be embarrassed to be a pi phi.
