Comment:  Honest opinion - Pi Phi at Oregon is not the best. I think it’s decent but the only reason it’s considered top tier is because it’s pretty much top tier nationally. They have a sick house but besides that a lot of the girls are kinda strange and questionable (cough cough new PC) and by talking to most of them you wouldn’t be able to tell how well they do academically
