Comment:  For a few years, this house used to be the best on campus, but is now taking a nose dive. All of their good members are graduating, their house is turning dry, they have had some less than flattering allegations against them in recent years, and their new leadership is not competent. I have even heard that a majority of their new freshman class is going to drop and the rest that are staying are not going to be doing their chapter any favors. They need some serious help to get back on track or they are going to tank very quickly. I am a female member of the Greek community graduating this year and I have seen this house going down hill dramatically this past year or so. They need to do something ASAP to change or else. I would advise potential new members to steer clear because you will be boarding a sinking ship.
