Comment:  Gamma Phi has a reputation of having "rejects" but given their Philanthropy about confidence and empowering women, it kind of makes sense. They are a very genuine group of girls, yet they don't seem very interested in creating a better name for themselves. Most GPhis I know don't really do anything with the other girls in the sorority. Those ranking it as top tier are just girls in the sorority who obsess over the fact that they couldn't be in a top tier sorority themselves. A website is not going to define your ranking, go out and get more involved if you really want to change the reputation. That being said, I think they are very involved in their Philanthropy and they embody it within the house. If you are looking for a group of girls who promote self confidence, this is the sorority for you.
