Comment:   I'm not a Pi Phi, but do agree with the person who posted about Pi Phi & Kappa being top 2 houses at OU. Theta always attempts to claim that they are top, but every popular, highly recruited girl that I knew from Texas had no interest in Theta. They are super uptight and made girls feel uncomfortable. They had low return rates for a reason.
