Comment:  Kappa and Theta are the top 2 houses at OU and everyone knows it. Then it’s a signIficant drop off. Pi Phi needs to stop trying to compare themselves as the same level. Not happening. Never will. Pi Phi has some really good ones but has some REALLY bad ones.
