Comment:  I see them moving up to the middle tier in the next two years or so. They seem to have had a good recruitment and took so many girls so the size thing really isn't an issue any more. They are still finding their place but are doing pretty good for being so new. They will start snagging good pnms in the fall if they keep it up.
