Comment:  Theta is known for rushing pretty dirty. You have no hopes of getting in if you aren't a legacy or have someone on the inside. They know which girls they want from the first day and aren't afraid to drop people without giving them a second chance. New PC is good, which is good so the old PC gets phased out.
