Comment:  hm not really sure what to say about pi phi. other girls on their website try to make it seem like they've gone downhill, but they associate with the better frats on campus. however i hear a lot of rumors about members dropping and them potentially losing their house. like most of the sororities here, it's a mix of girls, some outgoing and good-looking, some not so much. definitely still "top", but they have to work harder on retaining their members.
