Comment:  Extremely hot girls... everyone knows this about the Thetas. I had one move into my house for a semester and the thing I didn't know is that they are almost all extremely successful in school and very involved in the community. Not just the same old official sorority charity. Almost every one of the girls who came by our place had some community or charity commitments that they were involved in all on their own. It's weird.
