Comment:  Pi Phi is the laughing stock at OU. They're the biggest "wanna be" top house without anything to back it up. Nice try to the moms and Pi Phi's on here always trying to prove they are a top house. Sorry Pi Phi but you aren't even close to being top 3 and barely considered top 5...easily #5 and dropping every year. You tell yourselves you are a top house but nobody on campus considers you a top house. Sorry to have to tell you this...
