Comment:  They were damn lucky to pick up a house. Lots of their members drop because of the dues increasing, and the fact that their girls are super catty and artificial. They did get a good pledge class (mostly because of how their house looks) but lots have dropped due to the cattiness of the members, and all the hoops the new members have to go through for initiation.
