Comment:  Is getting the old Theta Tau house in August of 2019 per the contract they just signed. Anyone saying otherwise is lying. Has been around since 2013, less than six years. You can fact-check this with IFC. ADP has grown at a stable rate and the University has recognized them for doing so. They didn't sell out, didn't make reckless and short-sighted decisions, and is reaping the benefits.
