Comment:  Hit or miss with parties. This is the spoiled rich kid frat so if you need a sugar daddy, I guess this is it. They rarely have good parties besides Fiji Isle and that only happens once. All the dudes I liked from the frat hated their own brothers so their brotherhood is not good at all.
