Comment:  All the girls I’ve met in this chapter are super down to earth and extremely friendly. Pi phi used to be bottom tier but looking at their last few pledge classes they’re on their way up. I’m not saying they’re going to be a top tier sorority, but they are definitely better than they used to be.
